These Terms of Service govern your use of the STRYKE online store and any order placed through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Store and product information

We aim to present product descriptions, colours, availability and prices accurately. Screen settings and production variations can cause minor differences. We may correct errors, update information, or withdraw a product without prior notice.

Orders

An order request is subject to acceptance, stock availability and verification of the delivery details. We may contact you to confirm an order, and may cancel or limit an order where information is incomplete, the product is unavailable, or fraud or misuse is suspected.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Pakistani rupees unless stated otherwise. Cash on Delivery is the available payment method. A partial advance or security deposit may be required for COD orders above PKR 10,000.

Delivery and exchanges

Delivery is governed by our Shipping policy. Exchanges and damage claims are governed by our Refund policy.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit false information, or use its content for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

The STRYKE name, logo, photography, copy and other original site content belong to STRYKE or are used with permission. They may not be copied or commercially reused without written permission.

Availability of the service

We may update, suspend or discontinue any part of the site when reasonably required. To the extent permitted by law, STRYKE is not responsible for indirect losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
