Order Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped.

Shipping Time
  • U.S. Orders: Shipped via USPS and FedEx, with an estimated transit time of 15–20 business days.

  • International Orders: Shipping times range from 15–30 business days, depending on the fulfillment center and destination.
Shipping Delays

While most packages arrive on time, circumstances beyond our control—such as holidays, natural disasters, weather conditions, or pandemics—may cause delays.

Tracking Information

Tracking details are provided for every order. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your product is shipped. For assistance, visit the Track Your Order page on our website.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order without penalty within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, email us at stryke@gmail.com with the subject line "CANCEL MY ORDER."

Incorrect Address

If you entered an incorrect address, email us immediately. Address changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, address updates are not possible.

Delivery Attempts

Carriers generally make two delivery attempts before returning the package to us.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us your order number along with a photo of the damaged item. We will promptly send a replacement at no additional cost.
